How it works
- You place an order and pay through TradeVistar
- Your payment is held securely and is not released to the supplier straight away
- The supplier ships your order
- Once the order is delivered as agreed, the payment is released to the supplier
If something goes wrong
If the order does not arrive, or does not match what was agreed, you can raise a return or a dispute from your dashboard. Our team reviews it with both sides.
Payments made outside TradeVistar are not covered by Trade Assurance.
